Purchasing a Gift Card:

Option 1)  You can call us @ (813) 642-6858 and we will assist you with the purchase of your Gift Card
Option 2)  You can go to our website (www.cielospatampa.com) and follow the instructions to generate an eGift Card.

Q: Do I purchase a service or a dollar amount with a Gift Card?

Our Gift Cards have a dollar amount. These cards can be used for any service or product at our Spa. If you would like it for a specific service, please mention it. If you would like, a gratuity can be included as well.

Q: How can I get Gift Cards online?

Go to www.cielospatampa.com and click on “Book Now“. Then, select “Join Now” to create your username and password. Sign-in to your account. Select “Shopping” on top of the page. Click on Gift Cards to follow the easy instructions to generate your eGift Card. (An automated GC number will be provided. You can email it to yourself or to someone else).

Q: I don’t live in town, do you ship gift cards?

Yes, we do. Please call Cielo Spa @ (813)642-6858. A shipping fee will be included with your purchase.

Q: Do the Gift Cards have expiration dates?

Yes. The Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Note: Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. They may be used as store credit only.
