Q: What is needed to make an appointment?

We ask for a major credit card to hold scheduled appointments (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover)

Q: Can I book multiple services online for myself?

Technically yes. However, we suggest that you do contact us to make sure all of your services scheduled accordingly.

Q: Can I book group appointments online?

Unfortunately, these types of reservations require some planning in advance. We will do that for you.

Q: Can I book couples services online?

We will need to book them for you. Please call us or email with your request.

Q: How do I book special events?

Please contact us by phone or via email for assistance.

Q: I tried to book and cannot get in for a while. Do you have a Wait List?

Yes. Please request to be put on that list and we will contact you as soon as there is an opening.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a major credit card to hold scheduled appointments. Appointment times you select are reserved especially for you.
Therefore, we ask the following notice: 24 hrs. for individuals, 48 hrs. for couples and 96 hrs. for large parties. Otherwise, there will be a 100% charge for each service.

Q: What if there is a medical emergency and I cannot make it to my appointment?

We understand that and will handle these situations on a case by case.

Q: How do I order a Gift Card?

Option 1) You can call us and we will assist you with the purchase of a Gift Card or
Option 2) You can go to our website and follow the instructions to generate an eGift Card.

Q: How can I get Gift Cards online?

Go to and click on “Book Now“. Then, select “Join Now” to create your username and password. Sign-in to your account. Select “Shopping” on top of the page. Click on Gift Cards to follow the easy instructions to generate your eGift Card. (An automated GC number is generated. You can email that info to yourself or to someone else).

Q: Do I purchase a service or a dollar amount with a Gift Card?

Our Gift Cards have a dollar amount. These cards can be used for any service or product at our Spa. If you would like it for a specific service, please mention it. We can also include a gratuity if you would like.

Q: I don’t live nearby, do you ship gift cards as such?

Yes, we do. Please call the Spa. A shipping fee will be included with your purchase.

Q: What is your policy about having kids while I am getting services?

In consideration of other guests, we ask that young children not accompany you at the spa.

Q: What kind of products do you offer? Organic etc.

Q: Do you provide services for teenagers?

Yes. Parents, please contact us for such appointments.

Q: How often should I schedule a service? (Facial, massage etc.)

Please consult with our wellness professionals for your particular situation. If there is a specific issue, the services will be scheduled more frequently in order to obtain best results. Otherwise, 4-6 weeks would be recommended between services.

Q: Is your spa men friendly? What service(s) would you recommend for first timers?

Absolutely! Any of our services can be a great way to start based on individual needs: a massage, a facial (i.e. “His Facial”) or nailcare (manicure and/or pedicure).

Q: What kind of steps are being taken in regards to the latest Corona Virus?

We have updated our cleaning and disinfecting procedures based on the latest CDC and Florida Department of Health Guidelines. Besides our regular cleaning, our Spa will be professionally cleaned with the latest technologies. PPE and gloves will be used during services. Our goal is to have you relax and enjoy your services while we provide you with a very sanitised and comfortable spa setting.
